When do I receive the bonus?

The bonus can be approved 30 days after your nominee activates at least a 12 month agreement with Joint for housing or management.

How much is the Joint referral bonus?

You will receive $250 for every friend who signs up for at least a year of housing or management. If you are a current Joint Homes resident, you will receive your reward as a rent credit by default; otherwise, we will issue your reward as a gift card.
